         Parasailing at Sohna on 7th February,2010.(Sunday)
Parasailing in Kanwarshikhar Village at Sohna is a recreational activity where a person is towed behind a vehicle, while attached to specially designed parachute, known as a parasail. Come and enjoy the wonderful adventure sport, being organized on 7th February, 2010. The participants will make their own travel arrangements and assemble at Dhaula Kuan bus stand at 7.30 a.m sharpe  for proceeding to Sohna.

Visit to Old Age Home, Bhagwan Dass Road, New Delhi. 0n 24th February, 2010(Wednesday)
Youth Hostel members are cordially invited to spend  a day with old age/blind people to share their experiences and views in modern age. A slide show will also be presented.

Excursion to Jim Corbett National Park 20th March-23rd March,2010.
Named after the famous wild life activist, the Jim Corbett. This National Park has the distinction for  being the first national park of India. Established in 1936, it is the home of roaring tigers, trumpeting elephants and the warbling birds. There are also magnificent hog deer, barking deer, sambhar and chital as its natural habitats. Come and Enjoy your date with wild animals.

Visit to Deer Park 28th March,2010.(Sunday)
An ornithologist’s delight, the Deer Park is easily reachable from Hauz Khas Village, Safdarjang Enclave and from the Delhi Lawn Tennis Association courts. The park was developed recognizing the need for an open green area near the urban settlements of this part of the capital. Beautifully landscaped with shady trees, lush grasses and a water body, the park serves the purpose of its conception very well providing a peaceful green space for nature walks to its many visitors.The main attractions of the park are the innocent looking spotted deer and attractive peacocks with their lovely feathers, cute rabbits and guinea pigs, apart from a rich variety of bird life found around the small pond. Deer park is definitely a good venue to spend your time with your near and dear ones in picturespue surroundings.
Participants will assemble at International Youth Hostel, at 6.30 a.m and proceed to Deer Park in their  own vehicles and back by 10.00 a.m.

The Leadership Training programme is designed to bring out the best in of future leaders. Boys and Girls from 10th to 12th grade come together in a positive environment that emphasizes teamwork and a spirit of initiative
This program includes self- awareness tools and activities to enhance your own leadership capabilities. You will also learn strategies for continuous development through hard work. Group discussions, self-reflection, small group activities will be covered in half day program. This programme is to be organized on the dates and venue convenient to the institutional schools.
